Each session will be 2-3h long, and we can dive as deep as you want. Every Soul Spa Session will be individually designed for you and held online or in person in Berlin, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. Soul Spa Sessions are available in English, German, or Swabian.
Before your session, we’ll communicate about your needs, wants and boundaries and decide together the design of your session.
During your session, you can expect:
* A safe space to share freely from your heart, express your thoughts, feel your feelings.
* A thorough assessment of your emotional and energetic state, to help us identify any areas that may require special attention.
* A guided meditation and relaxation exercise, designed to help you connect with your innermost self, release any suppressed emotions and calm your mind.
* A heart-opening exercise, designed to help you connect with your heart center and open yourself up to more love and healing.
* A debriefing session at the end of the session, to help you integrate the experience and gain clarity on any insights or messages that may have come up during the session.
We can also use other tools, methods and modalities like quantum dream journeying, art therapy, breathing techniques, ecstatic dance, inner child healing, ancestral healing, oracle card reading, and/or shamanic rituals.
Every Soul Spa Session is individually created in alignment with your needs, wants and boundaries.
I’ll create a safe space for you to be, to relax, to heal, to process.
We can dive as deep as you want. I’ll go with you into the darkest darkness and the brightest light, if you wish so.
