Refund & Rescheduling Policy
By purchasing any session, digital product, or service, you agree to the following policy:
1. No Refunds
All purchases are final.
No refunds will be issued for any services, sessions, digital downloads, guided meditations, ebooks, recordings, courses, or other digital products.
Due to the energetic, time-based, and digital nature of these offerings, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not possible once a purchase has been made.
2. Digital Products
All digital products — including but not limited to guided meditations, audio recordings, ebooks, downloadable resources, and online content — are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once access has been granted or files have been delivered/downloaded, the sale is considered complete.
3. Session Rescheduling
Scheduled sessions may be rescheduled once at no additional cost if at least 24 hours’ notice is given before the appointment time.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be declined, and the session may be considered forfeited.
4. Missed Appointments & No-Shows
If you miss your scheduled session, arrive significantly late, or fail to attend without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of the business owner and are not guaranteed.

Returns
All items are individually printed and therefor we can't guarantee a refund. If you want to return an item or if your order arrived damaged, please contact us via now@now-here.land.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at now@now-here.land and send your item to: Varnhagenstr. 30, 10439 Berlin, Germany.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Varnhagenstr. 30, 10439 Berlin, Germany
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
